I’m a psychotherapist and coach for high-achieving men. My clients are CEOs, attorneys, investors, directors, athletes — men who can run an empire but don’t know how to rest without guilt.

They’re the ones their families leaned on since childhood. They’ve been the protector, the provider, the Responsible One for as long as they can remember. But the same drive that built their success is also wrecking their relationships, eroding their health, and leaving them feeling alone.

I help them break that cycle. My approach is simple, direct, and effective — I cut through the noise, get to the root, and give you new tools that actually work.

My Approach
I believe you’re not broken — you’re just overusing the same skills that once helped you survive. Maybe your strong voice turns into yelling when you don’t feel heard. Maybe your ability to spot problems turns into constant confrontation. Those same traits that others call your “flaws” are actually your superpowers — you just haven’t learned how to control them yet.

In my work, I help you reframe the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide or be ashamed of. Instead of running from them, you learn how to channel them into strengths. What once looked like conflict, anger, or being “the bad guy” becomes the very thing that fuels your growth, leadership, and freedom.

Speaking Engagements
I speak to organizations, teams, and groups about what it really means to perform at the highest level without losing yourself in the process.
Topics include:
The hidden cost of being the one everyone depends on
Why high-performers struggle to trust — and how to change it
Breaking cycles of pressure for the next generation
Redefining success beyond achievement
Therapy for Men & Women
Therapy is the foundation of my work. I help high-achieving men and women who appear successful on paper but struggle privately with stress, relationships, and old patterns they can’t shake.
In therapy, we focus on:
The endless achievement loop — always producing, never at peace
Trust issues and difficulty relying on others
Relationship and family stress — bringing pressure home, repeating old cycles
The emotional toll of being “the responsible one” since childhood
Therapy sessions create a safe, direct, and supportive space to uncover the roots of these struggles, address them at their core, and build healthier ways to move forward.
Coaching for High-Achieving Men
